Check Your Company Identifier
The company identifier is required when logging in to both the web platform and the mobile app.
Make sure:
- the identifier is entered correctly
- there are no extra spaces before or after the text
- you are using the correct organization identifier if you belong to multiple companies
If you do not remember your company identifier, use the Forgot Company option on the login page.
Verify Your Email Address
Ensure that:
- your email address is typed correctly
- the email belongs to your registered account
- there are no spelling errors
- the correct domain is used
Even small typing mistakes can prevent login access.
Confirm Your Password
If your password is incorrect:
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your company identifier
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the verification code
- Create a new password
Passwords must include:
- at least 8 characters
- one uppercase letter
