Receiving Your Account Credentials
After completing your demo session and accepting the quotation, the uAuditor team creates your workspace and shares your login credentials so you can access the platform and begin configuring your account.
This process ensures your environment is prepared according to your organization’s operational structure.
Step 1: Accept the Quotation
Following your demo session, our team provides a quotation based on:
- Number of users
- Locations or branches
- Inspection scope
- Required modules
- Optional integrations or monitoring features (if applicable)
Once the quotation is approved, the account setup process begins.
Step 2: Workspace Creation
After confirmation, the uAuditor team creates your organization’s workspace.
This includes:
- Registering your company profile
- Preparing your account environment
- Enabling required modules
- Assigning initial administrator access
If onboarding support is included, the team may also prepare:
- Initial templates
- Locations
- Equipment structures
- Users and permissions
Step 3: Receiving Your Login Details
Your login credentials will be shared through the communication channel already used during the onboarding process.
This may include:

The message typically includes:
- Company Identifier
- Registered email address
- Temporary password (if applicable)
- Login instructions
Step 4: Log In to Your Workspace
Once you receive your credentials:
Open the login page https://app.uauditor.com
Enter:
- Company Identifier
- Email address
- Password
Click Login
You will then be redirected to your dashboard.

- Review company settings
- Confirm locations and zones
- Verify users and permissions
- Review available templates
- Begin configuring inspection workflows
