Logging In to uAuditor
Logging in to uAuditor gives you secure access to your organization’s workspace, where you can perform inspections, manage tasks, track actions, and monitor operational performance across locations.
This guide explains how to sign in and resolve common login issues.
Step 1: Open the Login Page
Go to the secure login portal: https://app.uauditor.com
You will see the login form requesting:
- Company Identifier
- Email address
- Password
Step 2: Enter Your Company Identifier
The Company Identifier connects your login session to your organization’s workspace.
You typically receive it:
- After account activation
- From your administrator
- From the onboarding email sent by the support team

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
Use the same email address registered by your administrator or account manager.
This email determines:
- Your access level
- Assigned locations
- Available modules
- Inspection permissions
Step 4: Enter Your Password
Type your password exactly as created during account setup.
Passwords are case-sensitive.
Then click Login to continue.
Once authenticated successfully, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
Login From Different Devices
You can log in to uAuditor from:
- Desktop browsers
- Laptops
- Tablets
- Mobile browsers
- The mobile application (Android and iOS)
Your workspace remains synchronized across all devices.
If You Forgot Your Password
Click Forgot Password on the login page.
Then:
- Enter your Company Identifier
- Enter your registered email address
- Follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox
You will be able to create a new password securely.
If You Forgot Your Company Identifier
Click Forgot Company Identifier on the login page and follow the instructions.
The system will send your identifier to your registered email address.
Common Login Issues and Solutions
If you cannot log in, check the following:
- Company Identifier entered correctly
- Email address matches your registered account
- Password entered correctly (case-sensitive)
- Internet connection is stable
If the issue continues, contact:
- Your workspace administrator
- or The uAuditor support team
What Happens After Login?
After signing in successfully, you can:
- Start a new inspection
- Review assigned tasks
- Manage corrective actions
- Monitor dashboards and reports
- Access templates and resources
Your visible features depend on your assigned role and permissions
