Access Level Configuration
Access Level Configuration in uAuditor allows administrators to control who can see actions within the organization. This ensures corrective tasks are visible only to the appropriate users based on operational responsibilities and organizational structure.
Proper access control improves accountability while protecting sensitive operational information.
What Is Action Access Level Configuration?
Action access level configuration defines the visibility scope of actions after they are created.
Administrators can control whether actions are visible to:
- all users
- users within the same location
- collaborators involved in the action
This ensures actions are shared only with relevant stakeholders.
Available Access Level Options
uAuditor provides flexible access level settings for actions.
All Users
When All Users is selected:
- actions become visible across the entire account
- administrators and supervisors can monitor all corrective work centrally
- teams can collaborate across locations if required
This option is useful for organization-wide visibility.
Location-Based Access
When Location-Based access is selected:
- only users assigned to the same location can view the action
- visibility aligns with branch-level responsibilities
- supervisors can monitor actions within their operational scope
This option is ideal for multi-branch organizations.
Collaborators Only
When Collaborators Only is selected:
- only the action creator
- the assignee
- watchers
can view the action.
This option restricts visibility to directly involved users and is useful for sensitive corrective tasks.
Why Access Level Configuration Matters
Configuring action visibility helps organizations:
- protect operational data
- reduce unnecessary system noise

Proper configuration improves both security and efficiency.
