Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it securely from the uAuditor login page using your Company Identifier and registered email address.

The system will send a verification code to your email so you can create a new password.

Step 1: Open the Password Reset Page

Go to the login portal: https://app.uauditor.com

Click Forgot Password.

This option is available on:

  • The web portal
  • The mobile application (Android and iOS)

Step 2: Enter Your Account Information

Provide the following details:

  • Company Identifier
  • Registered email address

Then submit your request.

The system will send a verification code to your email.

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

Check your inbox for the verification code sent by uAuditor.

Enter the code in the verification screen along with:

  • Your new password
  • Password confirmation

The verification code is valid for 60 minutes.

If the code expires, you can request a new one.

Step 4: Create a Secure Password

Your new password must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character

Password Example: Example@2026

After submitting the new password successfully, you can log in immediately.

If You Did Not Receive the Verification Code

Check the following:

  • Your email address was entered correctly
  • The message is not in your spam or junk folder
  • Your inbox can receive external emails

If the code is still not received, request a new verification code or contact your workspace administrator.

Security Recommendations

To keep your account secure:

  • Do not share your password with others
  • Avoid using previously used passwords
  • Create a unique password for your uAuditor workspace
  • Update your password periodically if required by your organization
