Recovering Your Company Identifier
Your Company Identifier connects you to your organization’s workspace in uAuditor.
If you forget this identifier, you can recover it quickly from the login page using your registered email address.
The system will send all company identifiers associated with your email so you can choose the correct workspace and sign in.
Step 1: Open the Login Page
Go to the login screen: https://app.uauditor.com
Or open the uAuditor mobile application on:
- Android
- iOS
Then click Forgot Company Identifier.
Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address
Provide the email address linked to your uAuditor account.
After submitting the request, the system will send an email containing the company identifiers associated with your address.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Open the email sent by uAuditor.
It will include:
- One or more company identifiers linked to your email address
If your email is associated with multiple organizations, all identifiers will appear in the message.
Step 4: Use the Company Identifier to Log In
Return to the login page and enter:
- Your Company Identifier
- Your email address
- Your password
Then click Login to access your workspace.
If You Did Not Receive the Email
Check the following:
- Email address entered correctly
- Spam or junk folder
- Email filtering rules
If the message is still not received, contact your workspace administrator or the uAuditor support team.
When You Might Have Multiple Company Identifiers
You may receive multiple identifiers if:
- You belong to more than one organization
- Your email is used across multiple workspaces
- Your organization manages multiple environments
Make sure you select the correct identifier for the workspace you want to access.
