# Resetting Your Password

# **Resetting Your Password**

If you forget your password, you can reset it securely from the uAuditor login page using your **Company Identifier** and registered **email address**.

The system will send a verification code to your email so you can create a new password.

## **Step 1: Open the Password Reset Page**

Go to the login portal: https://app.uauditor.com

Click **Forgot Password**.

This option is available on:

- The web portal

- The mobile application (Android and iOS)

## **Step 2: Enter Your Account Information**

Provide the following details:

- Company Identifier

- Registered email address

Then submit your request.

The system will send a **verification code** to your email.

## **Step 3: Enter the Verification Code**

Check your inbox for the verification code sent by uAuditor.

Enter the code in the verification screen along with:

- Your new password

- Password confirmation

The verification code is valid for **60 minutes**.

If the code expires, you can request a new one.

## **Step 4: Create a Secure Password**

Your new password must include:

- At least **8 characters**

- One **uppercase letter**

- One **lowercase letter**

- One **number**

- One **special character**

Password Example: Example@2026

After submitting the new password successfully, you can log in immediately.

## **If You Did Not Receive the Verification Code**

Check the following:

- Your email address was entered correctly

- The message is not in your spam or junk folder

- Your inbox can receive external emails

If the code is still not received, request a new verification code or contact your workspace administrator.

## **Security Recommendations**

To keep your account secure:

- Do not share your password with others

- Avoid using previously used passwords

- Create a unique password for your uAuditor workspace

- Update your password periodically if required by your organization
