Privacy Policy – uAuditor Inspection Platform

The uAuditor Inspection Platform (the “Service” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by Myslots, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites (including uauditor.com), web applications, and mobile apps that provide digital inspections, checklists, workflow automation, asset management, analytics, and related features.

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of the Platform (including organization administrators and end users in a workspace). It does not apply to third-party services you connect to uAuditor (e.g., communication or BI tools) or to any websites and services we do not control. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

2) Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Profile Data – name, business name, role, email, phone, password (hashed), time zone, and preferences.
• Organization/Workspace Data – workspace name, team members, roles/permissions, locations/sites, and configuration settings.
• Inspection Content – forms, templates, tasks, schedules, responses, comments, photos/videos, attachments, assets/equipment records, GPS (when enabled), and audit trails.
• Device & Usage Data – IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, page views, feature usage, crash logs, and diagnostics (collected via cookies/SDKs).
• Support & Communications – messages sent to support, feedback, surveys, and interaction history.
• Billing Data – subscription plan, invoices, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and are not stored by us.
• Integration Data – if you connect third-party tools, we receive the data necessary to enable that integration, in accordance with your settings and the third party’s terms.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide & Improve the Service – operate core features (inspections, checklists, assets, automation), personalize experiences, and develop new capabilities.
• Security & Abuse Prevention – authenticate users, detect/prevent fraud, abuse, or violations, and maintain platform integrity.
• Analytics & Reporting – measure product performance and adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Communications – send service notices, onboarding tips, updates, and respond to support requests. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Compliance – comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights or users.

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service); legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); consent (for certain cookies/marketing); and legal obligations.

5) How We Share Information

• Service Providers (Processors) – hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, logging, crash reporting, and payment processing. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
• Integrations You Enable – when you connect third-party apps, we share data as required to provide that integration.
• Corporate Transactions – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• Legal & Safety – to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

6) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and SDKs to remember settings, keep you signed in, understand feature usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies in your browser. Some features may not function properly without certain cookies.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace admins control most content retention within their organization.

8) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information (including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and auditing). No security method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.

9) International Data Transfers

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email below. If your data is controlled by an organization using uAuditor, please contact your administrator first, as they manage workspace data.

Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in those emails.

California Residents: You may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12) Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Revised” date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
