# Viewing the Inspections List

# **Viewing the Inspections List**

The **Inspections List** in uAuditor provides a centralized view of all inspections created within your workspace based on your role and access permissions.

From this page, users can review inspection status, open reports, continue incomplete inspections, apply filters, and manage inspection records efficiently.

It is one of the primary operational monitoring tools in the platform.

## **What the Inspections List Shows**

Each inspection record includes key information such as:

- inspection title
- inspection status
- inspector name
- location or branch
- template used
- creation date
- completion date
- inspection score

This information helps supervisors quickly evaluate inspection activity across locations.

## **Inspection Visibility Based on Permissions**

The inspections visible in the list depend on your assigned role and access level.

Depending on configuration, users may see:

- all inspections in the organization
- inspections within assigned locations
- inspections they created
- inspections assigned to them

This ensures secure and structured access control across teams.

## **Understanding Inspection Status Colors**

Inspection statuses are displayed with visual indicators:

- **Purple** → New (not completed)
- **Green** → Completed without failures
- **Red** → Completed with failures

These indicators help managers quickly identify inspections requiring attention.

## **Searching for Inspections**

You can search inspections using the search bar.

Search supports:

- inspection title
- template name
- inspector name

This makes it easier to locate specific inspections quickly.

## **Filtering Inspections**

Filters allow you to narrow results based on operational criteria.

Available filters include:

- status
- template
- inspector
- location
- equipment
- creation date range
- completion date range

Using filters helps supervisors monitor inspections more efficiently across branches.

## **Actions Available for Each Inspection**

From the inspection list, users can perform actions depending on permissions.

Available actions may include:

- continue editing an inspection
- view inspection report
- delete an inspection

These actions are accessed through the options menu beside each inspection.

## **Editing an Inspection**

If an inspection is still open or editable based on permissions:

1. Open the inspection options menu
2. Select **Edit Inspection**
3. Continue answering checklist questions

This allows inspectors to complete unfinished inspections.

## **Viewing an Inspection Report**

To open a completed inspection report:

1. Locate the inspection
2. Open the options menu
3. Select **View Report**

Reports include responses, scores, evidence, and failure details.

## **Deleting an Inspection**

Users with permission can remove inspections when necessary.

To delete an inspection:

1. Open the inspection options menu
2. Select **Delete**
3. Confirm deletion

Deleted inspections are permanently removed from the system.

## **Pagination in the Inspections List**

The inspections list is displayed in pages to improve performance.

By default:

- each page shows 10 inspections
- users can navigate between pages easily

Pagination helps manage large inspection volumes efficiently.

## **Best Practices for Managing the Inspections List**

To work efficiently with inspections:

- apply filters regularly when reviewing activity
- monitor incomplete inspections daily
- review failed inspections quickly
- verify inspection scores across locations
- use search to locate inspections faster

Consistent monitoring improves inspection tracking across your organization.
