# Configuring Company Settings

# **Configuring Company Settings**

The **Company Settings** page allows administrators to configure essential workspace information such as company details, localization preferences, and evidence upload permissions.

These settings define how your organization appears inside the platform and how inspections behave across locations.

Only users with administrative permissions can modify company settings.

## **How to Access Company Settings**

To open company settings:

- Log in to your workspace

- Navigate to **Settings**

- Select **Company Settings**

From this page, you can manage organization-level configuration options.

## **Company Information**

Administrators can define the main company identity used across the workspace.

This includes:

- Company name

- Company logo

- Contact email address

- Contact phone number

These details may appear in reports, dashboards, and exported documents.

## **Default Language**

You can select the default workspace language used across the platform.

This affects:

- System interface labels

- Template editing defaults

- Inspection workflows (depending on configuration)

Users may still operate in supported languages depending on template structure.

## **Evidence Gallery Access Control**

Company settings allow administrators to control whether users can upload inspection evidence from their device gallery.

Available options include:

- Allow gallery uploads for all users

- Disable gallery uploads for all users

- Allow gallery uploads only for selected users

This helps organizations enforce real-time evidence capture policies

For example:

- Restrict uploads to live camera capture only

- Prevent reuse of stored images

- Enforce compliance documentation standards

## **Localization Settings**

Localization settings ensure consistency across reports and inspection data.

Administrators can configure:

### **Currency**

Select the currency used when recording action costs or operational expenses.

Example:

- SAR

- USD

- EUR

### **Time Zone**

Choose the company’s primary operating time zone.

This affects:

- Inspection timestamps

- Task deadlines

- Action due dates

- Broadcast scheduling

- Device alerts

### **Measurement Units**

Select preferred units for operational measurements.

Available options include:

**Weight Scale**

Example:

- Kilograms

- Pounds

**Temperature Unit**

Example:

- Celsius
- Fahrenheit

**Distance Metric**

Example:

- Meters

- Kilometers

- Miles

These units apply across inspections, monitoring devices, and reports.

## **Uploading a Company Logo**

Adding a company logo helps personalize your workspace and branding.

The logo may appear in:

- Inspection reports

- Dashboards

- Exported PDFs

- Shared documentation

To upload a logo:

- Open **Company Settings**

- Select **Upload Logo**

- Choose your file

- Save changes

## **Best Practices for Company Settings Configuration**

For the best setup experience:

- Upload your official company logo

- Verify your time zone before creating schedules

- Confirm measurement units used by your operations team

- Restrict gallery uploads if live evidence capture is required

These steps ensure accurate reporting and consistent inspection behavior.
