# Commenting on Broadcasts

# **Commenting on Broadcasts**

Commenting on broadcasts in uAuditor allows users to respond to announcements, ask questions, and share updates directly within broadcast messages. This creates a structured communication channel connected to operational instructions and ensures discussions remain accessible to all relevant recipients 💬

Comments help teams clarify updates and coordinate actions without relying on external messaging tools.

- coordinate responses across branches

This improves collaboration around operational announcements.

Example scenario:

A regional manager publishes a broadcast introducing a new inspection checklist.

This ensures consistent adoption across all branches.

## **Best Practices for Commenting on Broadcasts**

To use broadcast comments effectively:

- keep responses clear and relevant
- attach supporting evidence when needed
